Unfair Apex ban

I went into my account yesterday and found out I have been permanently banned for “gaming enhancements” I have later found out it was due to hackers who got into my account through a phishing website. I sent an appeal to EA but they aren’t giving me back my account it’s completely unfair. I have added a picture of the phishing site.

Unfortunately we can't help with bans at all here on the forums. You can always reach out to our terms of service team again for another dispute, but ultimately they're the only ones with the power to revoke bans.

Thank you for the information is there any other more direct way I can get in contact with a member of the team to talk this out. I completely understand how hard situations like this can be and I would find it much easier to talk to someone in real time.
