Unfair Herlioom

I have been playing since season 2
I was very unlucky to get an unwanted Heirloom before Heirloom Shards was introduced (Season 3).
So far, I have not been able to get Heirloom shards because after that Heirloom, all the chances in the packs were reset for me.
A Heirloom that I never chose and used
This is really unfair!!!
After 20 seasons, they still did not think about this position and they suggest buying more packs for Heirloom.
EA should be looking for honor instead of money
I see no reason to continue playing this game!

    Im almost prestige 2 and i got nothing so far, i purchased the battlepas last 4 seasons, guess what legendary stuff i got!? Besides the weapon skins and legends skins that are includerdd in battlepass i got like 20 legendary banner frames like i needed that!!! only blue stuff in packs, or banner frames,!!

    I understand you, it costs a lot of game time or money to get a Herlioom, I got the shards, and I unlocked the Revenant one, (before the Rework)
    They turned him into up to 300 HP that jumps in your face.
    I no longer wanted to play him when he is overpowered, much less now after the nerfs. I also lost the shards.
    But that's no reason to stop playing.
    I was lucky to get more shards this season, and unlock the universal Herlioom.
