Urgent Help: Wrongfully Banned on Oct 15 - No Idea What to Do Next

Hello everyone,

My Apex Legends account was wrongly banned on October 15th. I was completely confused when this happened and immediately submitted an appeal. In my panic, I didn't write my reason carefully. However, to this day, I have not received any ban notification email from EA, and my initial appeal received no response. Thinking the problem was with my appeal's content, I withdrew it.

However, when I tried to submit a more detailed and proper appeal, I encountered a series of unexpected and confusing issues:

  • I cannot see my second appeal submission in the EA Help portal.
  • I did not receive any confirmation email for submitting that appeal.
  • The ban record has now disappeared from my account history, yet my account remains banned and I am still unable to access the game.

I've been playing Apex for four years now. This game has been with me throughout my entire university journey, and I've invested significant money and energy into it. As someone who truly loves this game, I have nothing but disdain for anyone who ruins the experience for others—whether it's through cheating or toxic behavior. That's why this ban is so unacceptable to me. I shouldn't be labeled as a cheater due to a system error—a label I don't deserve.

I understand that ban issues cannot be directly resolved on this forum, but I am at a complete loss. The system seems to be preventing me from even making my case. I would be so grateful for any advice or guidance on what my next steps can be.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Chara_EMM Sadly no, the only way to appeal a ban is to contact the EA TOS Team.

My situation is similar. After my account was banned for "gameplay enhancement" — which I did not use — I submitted multiple appeals. The outcome is that the appeal option has now been disabled entirely, and I can no longer submit formal appeals.

[REMOVED] got hacked today and he got special treatment, a full team helped fix his account fast. My case was the same, my EA account was hacked and the hacker played on it, but when I recovered it I got banned the next day. My appeals were denied and they said the ban was correct. I’m happy he got his account back, but why don’t regular players get the same support?

Edit: Removed player ID. Do not "name and shame". This is against the EA Forums rules. -CM

    Hello again,

Thank you for your previous suggestion. I tried contacting the EA Help Team using the exact template and method you provided.

Unfortunately, it did not work. I have not received any response, and attempting to use different email addresses did not solve the problem—I still cannot receive any messages or create a valid case.

My account (Chara_EMM) remains wrongfully banned, and I am still completely locked out of the official appeal process. This has been extremely frustrating.

Is there any other channel or method you could recommend? I simply need a way to have my case reviewed by a real person. Any further guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and understanding.

Chara_EMM That is correct, bans can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.

However, since you had mentioned being unable to reach out to them via the link above, you can try this link instead:
