There are issues in the game for sure. I completely agree with you. I personally believe that MM is one of those issues.
That aside, it is the direction that Respawn has taken when adding crossplay, instead IMO of just letting maybe Apex die on PC.
What I think is killing games on pc is cheating. Again a personal view, when consoles taunt "a cheat free environment".

@VdstrkI would also like to mention there is a vast of a difference using controller on console verse pc controller users. We never complained about pc controller users. We complain about desyncing 60% aim assist console users inside our lobbies. While pc platform controller users only see 40% aim assist. This is quite a gap from the 2. One is tollerable. Second is rage worthy. Im not sure how many posts have to be made before they finally listen as tons on these forums have highly requested the opt out button.
Also console users can use same cheats at pc user. Its not as easy but it can be done and is being done. Darth can attest as he has had a few banned reporting them inside console lobbies for blatant aim bot and such.
- @Vdstrk Yes the low fps is how they gain a major advantage over pc users. This causes them to desync making some impossible shots quite possible because of this. This is also a major concern for a lot pc people. Why should we have to face such a horrible setting on consoles end for them to be desynced and hit shots around corners or through doors. I want a opt out option just as console has a method to not even join our lobbies. They get a choice we are forced to play with it as we are LTM games now.

LOL. Sorry if I laugh. But asserting that lower FPS gives an advantage is funny to me.
I seldom get hit around corners. I experience much more "no hits" than the type of lag you describe. I would check your connection for that lag you say you experience.
I will pay attention, but I have never seen a console player in any of my lobbies now that I think. It is so uncommon for me to see one.
Why do you meet so many console players? @E9ine_AChow is low fps giving me an advantage? All the people investing in high end PC must be fools.

- @BaldWraithSimp Because they desync have you not ran into a building shut a door and still being shot? Thats because they are seeing something different on their monitors then we see us doing and being in cover. This is well known and nothing new.
- @Vdstrk Because im in big boy lobbies with sweats. Thats how i see them. Trust me there are console users inside your lobby you are just not dying to them. I dont even care cross-play is here. My entire argument is I dont think it belongs most importantly inside our ranked lobbies. No one should have advantages over others.
- @E9ine_AC That's not because of low fps, the person shooting you has high ping(like 200) so you are getting shot around corner. It's well known.
@BaldWraithSimpYea as i mention there are just so many concerns i very well may have got them mixed up. Sorry about that. All i know is we need a opt out buttom im sick of being shot around corners. It is sickening and makes the game for most of us unenjoyable. Those of us who actually pay attention to detail and have enough games under our belts to see huge difference.
I have 5g internet. I should not be playing with people on AOL and dial up. As some peoples internet is just trash and blame the game for issues when their internet gives them 200+ pings. Dont guess EA accounted for these console users not having good internet or being in a region they dont belong for that advantage.

It was last year, I had a game where py ping suddenly spiked to 200 plus and didn't go down. Tried restart but no fix. So I was up against this Path for the win, so he jumps around a corner and I see him vanish from my sights and all my Hemlock shots still hit him. Teammates spectating must have thought I was cheating, I felt bad for stealing the win lol - @BaldWraithSimp Yea its rough watching people warp right in front of your eyes to be killed by it. This didnt happen to me before cross-play became a thing. Its making ranked lobbies that much harder because people can just desync and warp around and not be shot. Why i dont touch ranked. Why should i earn 210 for a win in rp to lose it in 2 games nearly because a console user desynced and deleted me because i cant shoot or see them.

Saying low FPS is an advantage is not an argument you can really maintain.You say you are in big boys lobbies, hence you see more console players. I watch big boys lobbies, and never see a console in those lobbies.
I did. The issue you are trying to push is, because they desync, they get an advantage. But since what you see on your screen is what matters, and they have the desync, it would work the exact opposite way.
They desyinc, run behind a corner and get shot behind a corner, because you on your screen see them while they think they are in cover.

Also, I hate console/PC duos on my team cuz they have awful mics with loud music talking to each other, like I don't exist. - @BaldWraithSimp the servers just need a ping requirment. Desyncing leads to a lot false positives as the bullets are not properly showing correctly and it makes it appear aim bot has locked onto them via shooting you while pointed at the ground on my screen which is most likely pointing at me on their screens.

All the technical issues you are pointing out are valid, as they exist in game.
Can they remove them? probably not given the current state of technology, else they would have.
And because of those unsolvable issues, I believe Respawn, and others, have decided to hit the more casual road in gaming, making it an entertainment first and foremost, and mostly an inclusive activity.
What you are asking is very divisive of the community, and is diametrically opposed to the direction Respawn is moving towards with Apex. I do not believe, regardless of how valid your point may be, that it will find much sympathy with Respawn. Just my opinion. As far as im concerned pc got the shaft. We have no option to avoid it. The game is now catering to console users and switch users. Heck bangs smoke nerf was done because switch couldnt handle it original smoke. So to cater to this platform they make a huge change to her smoke just to allow switch users to have better experience. What about us on pc? Do we not deserve better experiences?
- @Vdstrk I am more just baffled how when cross-play launched we had the option to opt out the next season boom they removed it. My guess being they seen cross-play was not as popular as they thought it would be as a lot on pc most likely opted out. So to counter that they just force it now. Console has a opt out option. Ours was removed making the game less enjoyable for a lot of us pc users.
Either ways its useless to even talk about this as they obviously dont care if pc have enjoyable games or not. All we have begged for is fair game-play yet we never see it. Just pointless at this point as opt out has been requested a ton yet they ignore it nor comment on it. @E9ine_AC
It is not only Apex.
I believe that there are overall more console players due to several reasons like cost to name one.
Then there is the anticheat overhead on pc that is not there on console. I am willing to bet that the wok Respawn has to put in to ban cheaters on PC is volumes above what they do on console.
Are console better optimized for gaming? I do not think so, because they way they go about running a game implies more input lag.
Do most people care? no.I would like to ask why do you believe Respawn has decided to include forced crossplay for pc players.
- @Vdstrk PC que times was in the range of 10 seconds before console users. We had on pc zero issues finding games unless early in the morning ranked games. Those at times could take 3-5 mins or so. When it comes to pubs we had zero issues.
Console users often come back with the comment of if they remove cross-play have fun sitting in que for 10 minutes or more. I laugh and think is that what your que times was before you came to pc? Because we had no problem finding games. They over value themself. PC im willing to bet vastly out numbers console users.

So doing some math.... let's see 47.6M on ps, 24M on xbox. They just announced 100M players... so that leaves pc with 28.4M players.
It seems clear that that it is more likely that there are more players at any given time on ps only than on pc.
Sure these stats are a bit up there, but is the best available. I would be glad if you could provide more accurate stats.
- @Vdstrk There is no accurate stats you can give tbh. PC is just a more popular gaming platform. As it supports all games while xbox/playstation only get support on a few games. some pc games not even being on console at all. So with that is where i base my assumption. PC just has a ton more viable options and advantages over console. I'd love to see the numbers myself but seeing all the games on pc and not on console to me would be proof enough that pc out weighs console in terms of users. I watched console streamers i watched their ques be longer then ours. While i was able to que in a matter of seconds on pc. Now this is not me saying they had a huge que time but it most certainly was longer then pc ques. Cross-play exists imo because the number of players on console was much lower then pc which effects que times.
