War Games Event Skins rotation

Do event skins/bundles rotate back? For instance, I've been wanting to get the Burgundy Knight Pathfinder skin, however I've been out of town and unable to log-in to buy the skin, and now I'm seeing that I can only get the Mirage/Lifeline skins. Is the War Games Pathfinder skin gone forever or will it come back before the War Games event ends?
