Watson is in need of a boost

I play on Xbox one, and for the last few seasons I’ve been choosing Watson as my main legend. I’m tired of her being portrayed as so useless. Her abilities are not taking her as far in games as the more powerful legends such as octane and seer. I think a possible rework that could give more of a reason to play Watson could be some sort of passive rework, where along with shield regen, she could gain speed 1/2 to 1/4 of the speed as octanes stuns when near her ultimate or tactical abilities. Maybe along with more stable recoil control. I don’t know the devs are smart people I’m sure they could think of something great.
