I'm 450 away from Diamond 4. Really been trying to push to get that dive trail. If I would have just stuck with ranked from beginning I'd definitely be predator. If anyone is on PS4 and wants to push send me an invite ( don't tell at me for posting this mods 😂) it's really difficult to push towards the end of the season. I'm out with people who aren't that good/shouldn't even be there and seem to be stuck where they are at for a reason and all the sweaty people who have been there for a while. I'm gonna push hard this new season

Didn't play much ranked until recently. I am to take that much higher for S4

I managed to get to Diamond 4 and then went back to normal Apex, although thinking about it I think I actually enjoyed the ranked games even at Diamond level, more so than regular Apex.
Might have even reached Predator if I'd stuck with it, almost made it to Diamond 3, but unlikely to get to Pred by Feb 4th now.
My advice to anyone playing Ranked and trying to rise through the tables is to try and get good with Crypto, I won so many games playing him because in ranked teams don't push like crazy, and his EMP is such a counter to Wattsons and Caustics.
You won't end up with crazy kill games, but getting top 5 is much easier with him when you use him effectively.
I'm on PS4 in EU, i'd play with you if I wasn't in Diamond already, but squadding up with me right now means facing #100 predator's in pretty much every top 3 end game fights.
It makes winning unnecessarily hard. I tried playing with my Diamond and Predator friends at first, but this proved contra effective. When i played solo games it was easy. Most platinum players right now are legit bots.
Made D4 through mostly solo. Played some diamond lobbies and every game was champion squad of predators so gave that up. Made a couple of random friends through discord and pushed D3 in one night, played a couple more nights with mixed groupings and poof all of a sudden those guys just said naw, no more Apex. So I plummeted down to D4 again and that is where I am going to stay.
Kind of sucks to be honest because with pre-made it was going pretty well, but in random lobbies every fight feels like a 1 v 3.
Also sucks when your championship squad has the #6 Predator on it pretty consistently. (Last Friday I made the top 3 in 3 consecutive games and was there for final fight. Next game loaded and the championship squad was the same predator grouping from the previous games.)Just means I am no predator.
If solo rank ever comes I might give that a whirl, but basing my level off of other people's ability to play the game is kind of bunk IMHO.
the problem of the RM is that there is no drop down leagues, very weak players reached platinum, and because of the impossibility of falling down they work hard to prevent playing other players, I hope the developer will think again and will make sure that the server remembered usatyi the highest rank, but it will give the opportunity to the fall down the leagues, or to make it or not only a pre-assembled squad of solo players nervously Smoking in Staron!
- @Wingmannedbro oh is it..?? i even on plat getting predator squad mates n champions...its obvio...not gonna make to d4 that easy... ☹️
