Octane is pretty high up there. Because he is able to heal his health at a very gradual rate, apparently he doesn't need a single damn healing item to get back into a team fight in time.
Even if you allow your team priority for batteries/medkits, god forbid if you find a gold body shield. Even a gold knockdown shield.
Randoms don't even seem to know where those jump pads come from, or that they can be used offensively AND defensively.
