What will be the new meta?

On paper, I would say, Seer/octane/Rev.

 

The ability to the totem, then pad onto enemy team while using rev to cancel abilities, getting sent back just to pad again with seer canceling healing and tracking. I feel this is OP ON PAPER. Can’t decide until we see him in action.

    @HeyNameDoesntFi I don't see Octane/Rev/Recon (Valk, BH, Seer) changes and Octane/Gibby/Valk for Comp.

    We should see all changes, if Horizon and Wraith get some positive changes, they could come back to the fold.

    For the first two weeks until Seer gets nerfed? Any constellation with Seer in it. All carrying the new gun. GG and GL if you're playing this game until the first season 10 patch is released.
