@EdwardDLuffy I got knocked by Bangalore's smoke grenade.
@asukojo Happened to me twice so far lol, first time the moment I placed a rampart wall i was insta gibbed.
Second time I was stood near my caustic trap as the train turned.
Probably coincidence but both times I've had a legends ability near me.

Just the other day.
Landed at carrier, wasn't paying attention and landed right in the middle of three other squads. Got punched by 4 enemies at the same time, instantly knocked, and I bounced around the room uncontrollably like a pinball machine.
- @asukojo Hmm, I think I have a clue on how to reproduce this bug. Sit in the train stuck between a teammate and a wall, then have him switch weapons. His loadout needs to include large weapons, such as a Sentinel or Kraber and maybe he needs to have a higher ping.
The instant death happens because of the physics engine. It detects a collision between your hitbox and the environment, but can't push you behind as there's no space. It seems that, in your case, you teammate switched weapons and, as he added the sentinel on his back, his hitbox increased in size and you were suddenly in a a smaller place in the next frame. The fact that you were on a moving platform didn't help either,, because that only amplifies coordinates errors, it's also possible that the server determined he's in a different position and applied a correction, crushing you as a result.- @DoYaSeeMe Watergothim posted more instances of it happening randomly when a teammate runs into you when you are by the wall of the train. There is also some weird but where you get on the center car and no one can shoot you and you cant shoot them but you win cause your on the center car.
@DoYaSeeMe Yup, 100% a collision issue. If you remember back when the train was on WE there was similar issues with this which they fixed. I guess the fact the train moves is what causes the issue.
- @asukojo I had something similar happen, I did not spawn in from the train or the drop ship. I randomly spawned near the track and then had audio/visual of me being shot but could not move/do anything. I have a clip of it. Rest of the match ran fine..
- @DarthValtrex I got stuck in a container once, I think it was when the train was making a turn and I was trying to go on the container but fell inside and couldn't go out.
my teammates were able to see me shooting from the inside of the container, I was playing horizon so I used the gravity thing to get out.
unfortunately, I had the video but I deleted it ( as usual ) I record something and I forget to upload it then delete everything when I get low space ☹️
