I ask myself that same question every time I have to talk to their tech support. I think it's because it's through our phone company, which has their internet through some other office or something...idk.

@jokool_aid 105.4 mbps download, 34.9 mbps upload for me.
Also playing wired and I live about 2 hours away from my nearest data centre, rarely get congestion issues either as the area I live in is mostly rural.
With all that in mind I average about 20-30 ping in a match assuming the servers aren't being nutty.
