Where are Apex Elite servers located?

Where are these Apex Elite servers located, China, Brazil? Seems like connecting to them from the US after midnight is a guarantee that everyone in my squad will lag or rubber band all game. It cant be a coincidence that every game has multiple hackers which seems consistent with China and SA players.

@kittypokit The game randomly puts you in a stupid servers thats not in your region, you have to change it at the start screen everytime you log into the game.
