Who Should I Main???

I had a dream where I was playing Seer, and it felt really really good and fun. I main Bloodhound and have spent a small ammount of money on them. I will try Seer when he comes out but I want to be loyal to Bloodhound

  • You can try multiple legends, you do not have to stick to just one. I switched mains many times. I started with Lifeline but I switched to Loba, then Wattson, Crypto, so on. Now I main Rampart and between Arenas and BR I racked up 800 kills with her. Sometimes I also use Valk, mainly in Arenas.

On PC I started with Wraith but then I switched to Horizon and she is pretty much all I use nowadays. I try other legends as alternatives pretty much, in case my teammate picked my mains before I did.

Gibraltar is the legend I used the least, ever. I think I have only 1 kill with him. But I might consider using him more, just because I found his Millenium Tusk skin in a free pack some days ago. Just gotta show it off to the lobby, you know 😛

  • @Federal_Seeker Just like what Soda have said, don't limit yourself to one character. I usually juggle between Gibby, Mirage, Octane, Caustic and Wattson but when it's time to get serious especially in Plat and Diamond lobbies, I always go with the Gibster. On the other hand, I exclusively use Rampart in arenas.

I doubt that BH will be overshadowed by Seer unless they nerf BH to the ground. Why not try another type of legend other than a scan legend?
  • @Federal_Seeker Seriously though, that decision is all yours mate. I have been maining Fuse since last season and when it came to weekly challenges, its took me until the last few days to finish the bp because I've been to stubborn to change character xd

Let me backtrack on my previous statement that I doubt BH will be better. After watching the most recent legend trailer, I think he's a better recon legend. The passive is better than BH's unreliable footsteps, and the scan not only picks up on where the enemy is but also interrupts them.

  • @Federal_Seeker I suggest playing all the Legends and find which one fits your playstyle the best.

I started playing during Season 0, I played mostly Wraith & Bangalore.

Season 1, I found myself playing Octane more.

Season 5, they finally add a thief character (LOBA), I haven’t switched since then.

Season 9, they add a Jetpack character (VALK), I use Valkyrie or Wraith if LOBA is picked.

Try them all if you can, or watch some Youtube videos on each character, to see if 1 of them looks more appealing to you. (so you don’t waste legend tokens unlocking a character you dislike playing)

I ask you this, when there's a whole roster of legends, why limit yourself?

Put time into each legend and you may find one suits you way more than you initially anticipated.

Plus I feel basic competency with each legend helps to anticipate how other players will use them too.

  • It depends on your playstyle, your main game modes, and if you want to improve.

  • Always best to play multiple over being the one guy who leaves cause their main got picked and they can't do jack with anyone else.
