@Federal_Seeker Just like what Soda have said, don't limit yourself to one character. I usually juggle between Gibby, Mirage, Octane, Caustic and Wattson but when it's time to get serious especially in Plat and Diamond lobbies, I always go with the Gibster. On the other hand, I exclusively use Rampart in arenas.
I doubt that BH will be overshadowed by Seer unless they nerf BH to the ground. Why not try another type of legend other than a scan legend?
