Why is gun run not a solos mode?

Well if all players are solo then that means that you can become a bigger target, next to that you really don't want to decrease the amount of players per lobby.

They probably designed it in such a way that when performing a bit worse than usual that you don't get completely destroyed.

Having some support on your team, it'll make it easier to navigate certain parts of the map, having some support isn't really that bad either.

I personally don't see an issue with the current implementation as it does not have a negative effect on my gameplay.

The only reasons I can think of to push this is "It's traditional" or "I just want solo's" which personally, both don't really make a compelling argument to change this.

I've also had some decently long matches here and there, wouldn't really want to extend that IMO.

Personally, think it's fine as it is.

They previously already explained why they aren't going to implement solo modes, not sure if it applies to LTM's too, though I think it could be applied to that area too.

Gun run, in my opinion, is better or at the same level as Control when it comes to fun factor. My friends and I were having a blast even though there are only two maps. They play completely different too which is great. 

Now how about we remove ranked arenas already and have a rotating LTM of Arenas pubs, Gun Run and Control? 

Other than the crashing, I have no problems yet for the mode. 

@Cheese9ManPremade teams have an epic advantage over pubs. In every case, my only wins were when I was matched up with two friends. Edit: two friends of each other. Not two of my friends, lol.

The matchmaking is horrific for it, I may add. There's nothing better than my sub .35 k/d getting put against Twitch streamers who can quite literally mow down the lobby even if they only have 2 people on their team.

That said, I really like the concept. If the matchmaking worked better, it would be even more of a blast.

I absolutely despise the gun run mode. The match making on it is absolutely garbage, or it’s heard to have one team specifically win. My full stack of talking average apex players, got absolutely smacked by full stack preds / masters. It isn’t very fun when you are just dying to literally everyone as soon as you spawn. My team got to gun 4, then one team won while the other was in the knife as well, with the third team close behind at 23. The matchmaking is so flawed, it did this to my team every single game for all 6 games we played. We were at gun 4, and just getting absolutely murdered every time we stepped one foot forward. This mode needs a serious match making overhaul.

I have found the matchmaking to be a complete tossup.  Some matches are completely unbalanced and others are not.  It does feel, mostly from looking at the scoreboard, like the MM tries to put a Carry on each squad.  I played all of my games with my buddy who is a Masters player, so he was the chosen one on our squads.  But a couple game we played were apparently much higher ELO, and our random ran circles around both us.
