Why no one wants to be the "Jumpmaster"

Because most people are followers and not leaders, and most people don't want to put any more effort than they absolutely have to?

I wish Respawn would add a setting or an option where people could just opt out from being a Jumpmaster automatically every match, so it always will go to a person who doesn't mind to be one right away (in a case all three players are opt out, then it goes with the current system, or just assign someone randomly). But something like that would be much better than having people change their minds once the ship has already crossed half of the map. I feel like this is another disadvantage random squads have over premade squads, and it can drag the experience down from the get go.
