Why player stop when shot?

1ronKeys​ From what I know of, legends without fortified will experience bullet slowdown when shot at, however if you are being slowed down while playing as a legend with fortified, (such as Gibraltar), or under the effects of fortified, (such as running through Mad Maggie's ultimate), then a video of that happening would be useful so it can be forwarded in a bug report.

Furthermore, if you are seeing non-fortified legends, (such as Wraith), not slowing down when being shot at, that would be another thing to take a video of.
