will buying heirloom shards from the anniversary event reset my natural chances?

I am wondering if will heirloom shards from the anniversary event reset my natural chances because i feel i am really close to getting one naturally, and I am about to get shards from the event, but ...

    It is fixed guys, you can get your heirloom in game right now.

@aryxiar Well they didnt pal, I have had 400+ packs I have calculated all of these and bought to be sure 100 and ''40'' packs after getting the heirloom shards from collection event, but didn't my well earned heirloom... How amazing is this?

Damn man.. i really hope a dev will give an official reply. 

I've made a thread before about this.. the answer was 'getting the heirloom weapon will not reset the counter'
I haven't heard an official statement that 'getting the shards through event' will NOT reset the counter yet .. hopefully soon ?

    @aryxiar I hope so man, because this is really annoying. I spent lots of money believing to get another heirloom. But this is just, it feels like scam to be honest

      @CKG_Slyht_35From what I've seen from other post apparently the ACE has reset the natural heirloom chance. Not sure of this is true though so take this information with caution. Although from what I can tell you might not be able to get natural shards during the ACE event.

        @ComicalMoon Well, this is then literally a scam for people like me to get their money for no reason then. My 400 packs+ opened progress has nothing to do with the event, this must be fixed and people must get their progresses back.
