Will I show as offline to ps players in game of I set origin to invisible
If I set origin to invis and then went in game, for e.g. apex legends, would ps players also see me as offline in the friends list or not?

@Destruction4YouNot sure in your case but if I’m invisible in Playstation, my PC friends can still see me online in the game and in the club so my guess is that people can still see you.
