You need to rework some passives.

@DARAPTURE07 Yeah it's more of a "legend class" passive now which is a shame, the other elements to the passive are still more powerful than wattsons for example though.
@MandatoryIDtag Yeah it’s just I view the word “Passive” by it’s terminology which neither Wattson or Pathfinders passive is, it’s more of a do this first and reap the benefits.

@MandatoryIDtagI mean that depends, on whom. If you take Bloodhound his passive is actually a passive.
Mirage his passive kicks in passively when he does either of his tasks.
Wraiths passive is pretty much a passive.
Gibraltar passive is passively activated on ads use.
Etc.
Most of the legends have a passive that is always on or activated on an action which revolves around gameplay. However those activated on an action is an infinite passive unlike Wattson or Pathfinders.I mean the passive Shield Regen and stackable Ultimate Accelerants is a pretty lazy passive if I was going to be honest especially when the regen is pretty slow and weak.
Passive: 1 shield hp, 1 sec.
As a Wattson main 🙄 Isn't anyone tired of me talking about her. I like her Passive Acclerates, its really awesome for another wave of Defense.
Maybe she should start reviving like a normal person. It's really simple.Caustic: A choice to Alter his shield and health into a miniature versions of his Ult.
Pathfinder: Uses Survivallance scans to shave off 15% of his grapple and zipline cooldown.
His head is a camera. It can be used for 4x-8x scope.
He can mark enemies and there scanned for 3secs.

I just don’t view the shield regen a viable passive when it does so little and if you’re a person who is always in fights you just shield up like normal people. Her other passives to-do with Ultimate Accelerants (stack/100% one use) is pretty dreadful, first the loot table is bad at the moment have you struggled finding a backpack? Let alone comprising other stuff for them, when her Ultimate is pretty bad, regardless of counters such as EMP or damage. Let alone the current timer, the fact all it does is pretty minimal and situational timing.
She is in a pretty sorry state and she was no where near OP when she released but she was in a better state.
By no means am I saying you can not win with her, nor destroy teams using her since I can do both but that applies to all the legends. They might as well put timers on all ultimates if they want true balance < I don’t agree with this because I fall on the side of buffing to bring up to balance rather than nerfing, however balance will never be accomplished since we have three maps that are all different in terms of situations. - @DARAPTURE07 There be some people pointing out thier a such and such main, your opinion does matter probably more mine (who knows), and this topic isnt about Wattson.

But passives should be as the word describes, currently the new little buff to Wattson (Shield Regen) is the only passive she has as described by the meaning.
These legends I have already described don’t actually have passives. The reason I spoke about Wattson was because it’s a reply. I play every legend, will inherently discuss all of them, my favourite is Wraith. But I won’t be bias and just bring up her when there’s no need. - @XLnarrator Wattson is a living hell to play if you play with randoms. You hace my compassion
