When I say support legend I definitely don't mean someone like Loba.. They call her support but stealing loot isn't really that supportive. Some instances it is but I mean a legend like gibby.. Defensive capabilities. And honestly now that there's like 4/5 scanning champions, we need a legend that blocks all scans in some way. Scanning is a joke and having more than two champions that can scan just means that the devs aren't creative at all.
Bangalore buff - can't scan in her smoke?
Gibby buff - can't be scanned in a gibby bubble?
Wattson buff - can't be scanned in the radius of her ultimate?
Pick rate in high ranked is 90% gibby because he's the only champion that defend from bullets and has bombardment, and a champ that can scan, and a champ that can provide mobility... There's multiple options for mobility and scanning already.
We need some one to block scans and/or bullets... That's the balance we need.
