Re: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions

Hi EA team and everyone,

I’m posting because I’m trying to find a way to get my Apex Legends ban removed.

I stopped playing Apex Legends in 2022. In 2024, my EA account was compromised and I lost access to it. I contacted EA Support through live chat, and an EA Support agent helped me recover the account.

After my EA account was compromised, my Apex Legends account was banned in 2024. Since I had not played Apex since 2022, I strongly believe the activity that led to the ban may have been performed by someone who had access to my compromised EA account.

I have already submitted two appeals, but both were rejected.

I understand that the normal process is to submit an appeal, but I have already done that twice. I’m asking if there is any way my ban can be removed given the circumstances, rather than being directed to submit the same appeal again.

I genuinely want to get back to playing Apex on my account. If there is a way for the TOS Team to reconsider and remove the ban based on the account compromise and the timeline, I would be extremely grateful for the help.
