My son’s data has been lost.
He had been playing Apex on a Nintendo Switch using an EA underage account.
We wanted to switch it to an adult account, so we contacted EA Support and asked them to unlink the underage EA account from the Nintendo account, and link the adult account instead.
After doing so, all of his progress was completely reset.
This data is extremely important to him, and we desperately want it restored.
Is there any way to recover it? It is truly valuable data.
