多年前的封禁，至今没有原因，并被拒绝申诉
大约在两年前，我朋友给我购买了双人成行，随后他使用我的steam账号进行下载，随后就因为ea账号被突然封禁无法游玩，如今获赠了一个新的游戏，但是单人都无法游玩，封禁没说明原因，也没有时间说明，申诉被驳回也没原因，希望能得到有效解决
