Paid for the ultimate battle pass and received nothing.

I bought the ultimate battle pass (split 2) yesterday on Apex legends. Expecting it would be up for at most 10 mins and I was wrong. So wrong that after 24 hours there's still nothing in my account. Yet EA took my money while I can't even claim it back because obviously it is still "under processing". I tried contacted the customer service and neither two I texted with were able to provide any constructive feedback to me. Please, someone help.

The platform I am playing on is PC. Bought the ultimate pass, not the "ultimate upgrade to ultimate +" pass if there's anything like that. Bought it over 24 hours while some CS staff blatently lies that it will be in my account within 24 hours for sure. Sent multiple emails to EA but none of them has been replied. Had already restarted and logout and login for multiple times already so no need to tell me to do that.

Really desperate. Imagine a game with such a big community and yet the customer service support is still so poor.

  • CinquanteDix​ Did you buy the Battle Pass in-game, from another platform, (such as Steam, Xbox, etc.), or from here: Apex Legends Official Store?

    • If you had bought it in-game through the platform you are playing on, you should have already seen it be activated on your account, (note: you must log into the same platform that the purchase was made from in order to activate the Battle Pass as your platform accounts cannot see purchases made on other platforms).
    • If you had bought it through the Apex Legends Official Store, you would need to log into the game through the EA App as you had used your EA Account to make the purchase.

    You should be able to upgrade from Ultimate to Ultimate+, however the Battle Pass version that's just the upgrade itself was only ever on Xbox's store from what I've seen, (which was luckily removed because people kept buying it and were not being given the pass since it was only the upgrade).

    Lastly, are you having the same issue as what's mentioned here: I bought Ultimate+ Battle Pass but I didn’t receive the packs and blue crafting | EA Forums or are you just not seeing the Battle Pass being activated at all?

    Note: I do not work for EA or for Respawn, and I won't be able to edit or add the Battle Pass to your account, but I'll try to help you troubleshoot it and/or help direct you in the right direction.
