Paid for the ultimate battle pass and received nothing.
I bought the ultimate battle pass (split 2) yesterday on Apex legends. Expecting it would be up for at most 10 mins and I was wrong. So wrong that after 24 hours there's still nothing in my account. Yet EA took my money while I can't even claim it back because obviously it is still "under processing". I tried contacted the customer service and neither two I texted with were able to provide any constructive feedback to me. Please, someone help.
The platform I am playing on is PC. Bought the ultimate pass, not the "ultimate upgrade to ultimate +" pass if there's anything like that. Bought it over 24 hours while some CS staff blatently lies that it will be in my account within 24 hours for sure. Sent multiple emails to EA but none of them has been replied. Had already restarted and logout and login for multiple times already so no need to tell me to do that.
Really desperate. Imagine a game with such a big community and yet the customer service support is still so poor.
