Maybe the mods here would know more about this, but doing a restart helped me resolve this. However, I've gotten some days where the ping has been so high I had to wait a few hours, checking every hour or so until the ping gets closer to a reasonable number. Anyone know more?
U restarted ur PC/Console or ur modem?

On PC I did a restart when I saw this, the -1 ping and 100% packet loss and it worked for me. I'm not sure what this means though since 100% packet loss would mean no data at all is getting through. My modem was working fine at the time since others in my house were not having any issues, so not sure if it was the computer or not.
