-1 PING 100% PACKET LOSS ALL SERVERS

Question

Can somebody help me with this, i have this problem since 3 years ago, reason why i leave this game, so, my question here is, why the game show me this servers, when i live close to California, if anyone had the same problem and solved it, please help me.

@geris2804 I too have seen this happen a few times and I've had to do a restart, I live in the same area you do. Not sure what this means, but I think it's a bug. Maybe the mods here would know more about this, but doing a restart helped me resolve this. However, I've gotten some days where the ping has been so high I had to wait a few hours, checking every hour or so until the ping gets closer to a reasonable number. Anyone know more?

On PC I did a restart when I saw this, the -1 ping and 100% packet loss and it worked for me.&nbsp; I'm not sure what this means though since 100% packet loss would mean no data at all is getting through.&nbsp; My modem was working fine at the time since others in my house were not having any issues, so not sure if it was the computer or not.
