Purchased $100 worth of apex coins and bought 100 apex packs just to click “open 50 packs” and the packs did not open as well as my 10,000 coins disappeared. Please fix this issue or i would like to be refunded my $100 and will be quitting the games.

Sorry for the concern here, as that's definitely a pretty substantial number of packs to just vanish on you.
Fortunately, when you click to open the packs, those contents are added to your inventory immediately, before any animations play out. If there's an issue preventing that from appearing however, that can also prevent the new item notifications from appearing. It looks like that's what happened here.
While I'm not able to go through every individual item, I do see the packs were opened and the items added directly to your collection - including new character banner poses, many, many character skins, stat trackers, holosprays, weapon skins, an emote (somehow just one of these!), weapon skins, kill quips, intro quips, stickers, and banner frames. These were all added immediately after the pack openings, not counting the content you had prior.
Apologies again that you weren't able to see the full contents as the packs opened, but thankfully they have been added to your collection. You may not see the new notification as mentioned above, but you definitely have quite the large number of new items that should be available if you check through the various categories.
