Playing again after a few years; All cosmetics and progression is missing.
Hi so recently redownloaded the game after a ban was appealed (after 4 years of trying) and to find my account is at lvl 1, with none of my cosmetics I had previously purchased or even my stat trackers. (Those were most important as they had silly season 1 items you can't get anymore.)
Is there any way to get all my items back or am I just boned cause the account got hacked and banned years back.
I don't think I've ever unlinked/linked this account to anything but my steam account.

p69158p688 Bad news, when Cross Progression was rolled out to players between October of 2023 to April of 2024, any banned account was excluded from the Cross Progression merge.
Missing content after Cross Progression
There are a few reasons your content might be missing after Cross Progression.
If you had more than one EA Account before Cross Progression, these accounts weren’t merged. Your content will stay on the EA Account you bought or earned it on and can’t be transferred to a different EA Account.
If one of your platform accounts was previously banned, content from that account won’t have transferred in the Cross Progression merge.
If you had more than one Apex Legends account before Cross Progression, you may have lost content from your lower-level accounts.
