Do you also have experience with EA Support constantly writing the same thing over and over again? I don’t know if you are taking something at the offices, but this is not normal.

I have been writing to EA chat support for about 5 days and it is always the same thing again and again. Even though I have proof that the previous account belongs to me, you still keep writing that I need to use Xbox.

I have written many times that I have not used the Xbox for 5 years, but the chat keeps writing about Xbox over and over again.

Please, do you have any contact for an EA manager or someone else? Or is she also taking something and not looking at what the workers are writing? Or are you making fun of people?

I have been writing to your chat from 12:29 until 17:36 and still nothing has changed.

I am from the Czech Republic and I have such anger inside me that I am thinking about buying a plane ticket and going to EA USA to explain my problem, because this is not normal.
