@IceTurf Can you pause and restart the download? If not do you have any running any anti-virus or firewall to allow the install through? Pausing and restarting seems to restore my download speed back to normal but its only for a min or so, then it goes 0 again. I managed to download the game by pausing and restarting the game over and over again. It wasn't a pleasant experience 😞
I guess I have to do this every time game release new update. I don't want to play from steam as well as it takes long time to load and get to home screen after the game starts.

Sorry to hear you had to sit through that to get the download through. Glad to hear that did the trick however!
If this keeps happening on future updates it might be worth testing with a 3-4G hotspot to see if it does the exact same if connected to there versus your normal setup to see if anything is potentially blocking it.
