try go to NVDIA control panel choice APEX.exe turn off "image sharpening" ;FAXX on;Anti-aliasing mode application-controlled.

i had the same issue before and i test 3 days.hope it will work on your PC.

Hmm, I played for a couple hours with FXAA on and haven't run into the issue yet.

But after disabling FXAA, I haven't run into the issue yet either so maybe EAC or Respawn fixed something (e.g., related to the Apex Wintertide event)
