Integrity error 0x8000002

This has been following like the old xbox 360 red ring.  I've been at this for about a month now and I cannot figure out why this will not go away.  Initially, I followed some guides and it came down to something called DaemonLite being on my PC.  After full removal, it worked for a bit.  The next season came, and it came back.  This time I found a thread that mentioned specific files that may conflict with the Anti-cheat.  This 3rd time around, I have no idea what to do.  I don't cheat, have never cheated, and don't condone cheating; I have no idea why this continues to happen. 

**I have also updated all of my drivers as well as my pc to make sure that was not the issue as well.
