there is a lot of people with this problem and i feel like its being over looked....
can you guys give us an update if you guys are working on a fix? like anything would help, tired of sitting around not being able to play

Exactly, I have the same issue and I just want it resolved so I can finally play the game I haven't been able to play for months now!
nhaa i dont think the issue will be fix all that can do it coverup the issue with another issue and then there will be a patch ( hox fix ) thats shows how testers are doing there job
Yeah this is some bs clearly it's not a new issue nor do they seem to care enough to communicate more than saying its being looked into when people haven't been able to access the game most of us have spent our money on. makes it pretty hard to want to support them again.
I have had this issue for over two months. Almost forgot apex was a game lol.
