1 player in queue keep one year

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of resolution regarding my account issue, which has now persisted for nearly a year.

In November last year, my account was suddenly banned without explanation. I immediately raised this issue, and while the ban was promptly removed, no reason was ever given. Since then, I have been completely unable to play the game properly. Specifically:

1.I am permanently stuck in the “matching” screen.

2.The system always shows only one player.


3.I cannot even access the practice range.

I have already tried every possible troubleshooting step, including reinstalling the game and even reinstalling my entire operating system. The issue is clearly not on my side.

I have reported this problem multiple times, yet I have received no meaningful response or solution from your team. This level of support is unacceptable.

Anyone who has used the customer service center knows that they will only ask you to post here.
And this problem affects a huge number of people — I am absolutely not an isolated case.
Whether it gets resolved or not is basically just a matter of luck.

I can only "follow" their advice and "once again come here to post" in hopes of getting help.
But I’m mentally exhausted. Because of their company’s problem, my rights and property have already been affected for almost a year, and I’ve had to keep repeating this process.

In the forum, there are countless posts about the same issue, but most of them never even get a reply.
I honestly don’t see any intention on their part to solve this problem.
