1 Player in Queue: Stuck in Matchmaking

Hello, my account got hacked and banned. I was able to successfully overturn the ban and recover my account. Despite the ban being lifted however, I cannot get into any matches at all. I am stuck in matchmaking with only 1 player in queue.

I am facing a similar problem as the users in these threads:
