"1 Players in Queue"

So whenever I try to queue into a match, all it says is "1 Players in Queue". It doesn't matter the game mode, doesn't work in normal, ranked, or even firing range. So before any of this even happened I downloaded the game to play the new season then found out I was banned. I sent an appeal and quickly got unbanned. Thought everything was good but it seems something with that ban is keeping me from being able to queue. I tried a lot of things such as verifying files, reinstalling, network troubleshoot but nothing seemed to work. I tried queueing on an alt and it worked perfectly fine which really leads ne ti believe that it had to something with that ban. Couldn't really find anyone with the same issue so I contacted support and they just gave me simple troubleshooting that I already did and said they will note the bug and try to fix it. Maybe someone here can help, I have no clue what to do and I really just wanna play the new season.
