1 player in Queue

My account got hacked, but when i recovered it, it was banned. I got the ban overturned but now wheneve  I try to queue for a match, it just shows “1 player in queue” for hours till i get disconnected from the game for being idle.  When I play using a secondary account, the game functions normally without any issues. I came across a post from four months ago where another user reported the same problem and mentioned that it had been resolved. However, I am still experiencing the "1 Player in Queue" issue and am unable to access matches as a result.
