1 player in Queue

After the game was accidentally banned in 2024, I applied for its unban. The unban was successful, but after that, I still couldn't enter the game normally. Over the past two years, I have tried many times and sought help from customer service multiple times, but the problem has never been solved. Today, I downloaded the game again and still couldn't enter it. Please help me.@EA_Mari
