1 player Queue BUG

Hello, 

I switched from the PC back to PS5 and got instand the 1 player Queue Bug for a week now. Nothing helps.. Even 3 different EA Technical Supports can't help me or send my problem to a tier 2 support or something like that. Pls help me to play again ob my ps5
