1 player queues. cannot play the game, need help!

ive seen people with this exact issue a few days ago, all the way to a 3 ish months ago. difference being, most of the people with this issue say they had a false ban, had it overturned than faced this issue, on the other hand this is not the case for me. I have never been banned or suspended not once, i logged on around 3-4 days ago and say i had received 2800 free apex coins, so i check my bank, and there's no charges, still now, none, not thinking much of it other than a nice glitch i spend a bit of the coins on a skin and event packs and try to play, but am met with being stuck in 1 player queues, or 3 player if I'm fully with friends. the game simply will not put me into a match. i do not think my account was hacked, or banned, or cheated on or anything like that 

Will this get fixed? please? i have over 3500 hours played and thousands of USD spent. what should i do?
