1 players in queue

Every time I log into apex legends I try to start a match the loading screen always says 1 players to queue. I don't have any penalties nor violations in it so I was wondering why it is saying this can you guys help me?

However, (and I'm talking to you too RixxFixxFire1717), I was just told that players who still have the 1 player in que issue would need to reach back out to the EA TOS Team, (and for the players who had already done so before in the past, (and were told that there wasn't an active ban), please contact the EA TOS Team as well if you are still having the issue).

and anyone else having the same issue

Hopefully everyone can get the issue fixed on their accounts.

Unresolved Account Issue Since Ban Removal
Dear EA
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of resolution regarding my account issue, which has now persisted for nearly a year.
In November the year before last, my account was suddenly banned without explanation. I immediately raised this issue, and while the ban was promptly removed, no reason was ever given. Since then, I have been completely unable to play the game properly. Specifically:
1.I am permanently stuck in the “matching” screen.
2.The system always shows only one player.

3.I cannot even access the practice range.
I have already tried every possible troubleshooting step, including reinstalling the game and even reinstalling my entire operating system. The issue is clearly not on my side.
I have reported this problem multiple times, yet I have received no meaningful response or solution from your team. This level of support is unacceptable.
I don't know what to do anymore right now.

ji39431918 As mentioned above, you would need to reach out to the EA TOS Team, (not EA Support), and let them know that you are having issues with matchmaking.
