1 players in queue

Every time I try to play Apex Legends, it says 1 players in queue and the match doesn't work for a long time. I used to get a suspension due to a hack a long time ago, but I challenged it and released the suspension, and I haven't been able to play the game since. Please help me with why this is happening.
