1 time logging in on Xbox in a while and it appears my account has been reset

Now i was aware of the issue that occurred earlier on in the year however i didnt have an xbox at the time to gain access and see how xbox account was affected i downloaded , deleted , than redownlad it recently to see if maybe it was just a slight glitch/bug and no difference
