1 year of trying to find out the reason for the ban from Ea games.

It all started in October 2022 when I noticed various problems in my account. Every time I entered the game, my account would say that my password was incorrect, so I would reset my password and enter the game again.And according to recorded information, this happened on October 26th.
When I tried to log in to the game for a game night with friends, I realized that I was banned. My account had no feature other than the account I had been using since the first season. Still, it annoyed me that I was banned for no reason and that the apex packs I opened and the battle passes I bought were wasted. First, I started researching what I should do to unban. First, when I looked at my ban history, I saw my ban date, but there was no explanation. Thinking that this was a hacking security ban like Blizzard did, I looked at my login history and noticed a Chinese IP and a Russian IP other than the standard IP I used. I opened a ban appeal case by adding this information and some information showing that the account was my account. However, the support team only responded to me with an automatic email containing the user agreement. And they closed my case. After a few weeks, I created a ban objection file again in the same way and this time I just asked the reason for my ban. This time, the person dealing with my file replied that I should stop opening cases and that there would be no response to cases to be opened from now on.
I've been playing the game with a different account for a few seasons now. Still, I open a ban appeal case every 2-3 months because I wonder why I was banned. And I still can't get an answer. I would be happy if friends who have experienced such a problem could inform me about what I should do.

The first thing you need to do before trying to dispute the ban is recover your hacked account.

After you have recovered and secured the account you can try to dispute the ban.
If you believe that a sanction (Suspension/Ban) placed on your account was by mistake you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
Provide as much new info in the dispute as possible including the recovery of the account.
