Hi, Well, like the title says, usage CPU 100% since the new update, the game just crash w/o any error, it freeze and I have to kill the .exe I didn't have problem before today, any crash or maybe...

try setting avx offset to 1 or 2 in bios.... Seems to be stopping the crashes for me... Well so far.

One of our developers recommending, quoting him below:
Those that get R5apex crash, listed at the top of the apex_crash.txt (Example; R5Apex: 00000000003A7BF6).
Please mention if you've overclocked your system. If you are able to and know your system bios,
set the AVX offset to 1 or 2 regardless of overclock to see if the R5Apex crash stops. Please report back if the issue seems resolved after that. !!Do not tinker with BIOS if you're not comfortable with it!!

@EA_Atic I am not overclocking my CPU and I do not get an updated apex_crash.txt for these. The only crash log I actually got was for the mileswin64 which I since repaired game as per posts on the subreddit eluded too. I will try the Bios fix later.

A client update is now available. Can you all try restarting your Origin client and let us know how your game's performance is?
My game crashes every single match now. Never had issues before.
- @EA_Atic I’ll try this also. Having the same problem with the same CPU. Usage goes to 100%. Not overclocked either.
- @EA_Atic It didn’t seem to resolve the issue for me when changing it. Same cpu and same problem.
