Update – Case #238642027
I would like to provide update regarding my issue.
This problem was reported immediately after a server error occurred while opening 100 Premium Wishlist Packs. EA support confirmed it was a bug and escalated my case to the Game Team.
After several weeks of waiting + exchange with EA support , I have now been informed that the issue cannot be verified because more than 30 days have passed.
This situation is extremely frustrating, as the delay was entirely due to internal processing time. The issue was reported on time, with all necessary evidence provided.
To summarize:
- Steam confirmed the purchase
- EA restored purchased Apex Coins
- The account state before the server error was NOT fully restored
- 1700 Apex Coins and 150,000 Legend Tokens are still missing
This clearly indicates a partial restoration after a confirmed server error.
I am requesting a final review of my case and an exception, as the delay was not on my side.
If any EA staff or community manager could look into this, it would be greatly appreciated.
