2 keys not working in order to play Apex 2 on pc !

Question

hi guys / girlsI just downloaded apex 2 for the first time on my pc which has all the necessary memory etcI am going through training and two of the keys do not function - for 'sprint 'move and 'jump up'these should work with the left shift and left ctrl keys but they do not (the other keys / moves work ok )&nbsp;I tried unplugging and re-plugging in the pc keyboard and tried another keyboard - same problemso i cannot even get past training to start playing !thanks&nbsp;jon&nbsp;

@dreammosse go into settings in game go over to mouse/keyboard. then there are any buttons you want to bind. if your on controller then go to the controller tab

thank you , actually i have seen that, i think i tried it and it did not make a difference, I will certainly try again, sorry just starting this

also right now i can't actually open the game at all anyway ! :-(

@dreammosse Amost three years later and i have the same problem. (I'm just starting to play; doing "training".)
