System freeze while playing in Apex Legends

Apex Legends causes a full system to freeze. The entire operating system becomes unresponsive (no input, no Task Manager, no BSOD, looping crackles in the sound, and nothing but them). Only a forced power shutdown then unplugging from the power source and discharging the electricity recovers the system.

When it happens:

– Randomly while in game( I didn't notice the pattern )

What does NOT help:

– Clean reinstall (EA App and Steam)

– Easy Anti-Cheat repair/reinstall

– Windows power/performance changes

- Drivers update and bios update

- Remove all startup options

– Windows Memory Diagnostic (RAM check) – no errors

- Intel cpu diagnostic - no errors

Important:

Other demanding games (Battlefield 2042, 7DaysToDie, Gray Zone Warfare ) run without any issue. This indicates an issue with the specific game or, more likely, with the Easy Anti-Cheat system at the kernel level.

System:

– Windows 11 Home

- Lexar - P/N: LD4BU016G-3200XG | x2

– Gigabyte B760 DS3H AX DDR4, BIOS: F15

– Zotac NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

– Intel Core i7-12700KF
