Happens to me as well.
It is the same problem and happens randomly during matches after the Vantage patch.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to fix it after hours and hours of attempts. Just know that you aren't alone.
I tried every solution that has been mentioned here in the forum and after a clean reset of my computer,
I have come to the conclusion that it is not any drivers or 3rd party applications interfering with my apex.
The "dc3a3596-71e1-45a3-b2ea-39ad5322fe51" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000022" error seems to be connected to the Easyanticheat app (according to a post I've found in another forum of another game).
A clean reset of my computer, with no programs other than windows and steam installed on my computer, did not fix the problem for me so I doubt it will for anyone else.
however, I have been able to make the crashes occur less frequently by setting every graphic setting to low/disable, regardless of whether my computer can handle it or not.
Disable full-screen optimization
.Run as administrator.
And run in borderless window mode (i just feel that the game crash a lot sooner with fullscreen).
Set Anticheat to low priority.
Cap my fps to 100.
I don't enjoy playing the game with ragdolls, but at least I can play 3 or 4 games (mostly) before the crash occurs.
If we could at least get an error we could somehow troubleshoot the problem...
In any case, many people do experience this problem and it all started after the patch.
So many different PCs do not suddenly become flawed overnight so the problem lies with the game and the game alone.
EA doesn't respond anymore so the only thing I'm going to do is wait for an update and just, not play the game.
