4 FPS in the Menu

Can't play on PC. Getting 4fps in the menu. Tried turning off V-Sync, moving to windowed mode, etc. Not sure what is up. Ryzen 1700x 32gb Ram GTX980 Ti

    I got it working now. Ran CC Cleaner, and not sure if it was related but I was having RAM issues and I had to update my bios to resolve that. So not entirely sure but somehow that fixed it

are you playing on a laptop? if so then most likely Apex is defaulting to your integrated video card and not your dedicated gtx.
